ORIENTUM – Career Counsellors Ltd. is a private company based in Athens, Greece, with a strong specialization in career guidance and counselling for young people. Since 2004, Orientum has been supporting students in making informed academic and professional choices through personalized services, psychometric tools, and career education platforms.

Each year, Orientum reaches over 10,000 high school and university students, offering:

• Individual career counselling, using a comprehensive psychometric profile (career interests, personality traits, work values, skills). Career education events across Greece, in collaboration with public and private schools
• Custom-developed psychometric tools, in collaboration with university experts, used in both youth guidance and corporate settings
• A national-level online platform (“e-pamepanepistimio”) offering structured, user-friendly information on higher education in Greece
• The annual publication “Pame…Panepistimio”, the most widely used guidebook for academic studies in Greece

Orientum’s team consists of experienced career counsellors, registered in the National Career Guidance Register, and frequently contributes to public dialogue through articles, seminars, media, and participation in European-funded projects related to guidance and youth development (e.g., Career Guide network).
