Open Discussion on proposal ideas and related issues outside the pre-assigned categories/working groups
The General Discussion forum should be used for any proposal ideas and initiating related discussions and consortia that do not fit in any other category/working group.
Anyone that wishes to initiate a proposal idea and get feedback as well as engage competent partners from the OpenCosmos community should check which category/working group fits best the main topic of the proposal idea and if they don't find a good fit, then they can share it here.
Such a mechanism of working in different working groups is essential for the success of a proposal since it advances focus and reflection on specific research and innovation topics that are essential for winning grant applications.
